I am R.O. Joe Cassity and I would be honored to serve Oklahoma in the U.S. Senate. I was born and grew up in Ponca City. My college days were spent at Oklahoma State University I am a veteran and served for 23 years. In service to the U.S. I traveled extensively. Since retirement, I have lived in Ponca.
