I am R.O. Joe Cassity, Jr. and I would be honored to serve Oklahoma in the U.S. Senate. I was born and grew up in Ponca City. My college days were spent at Oklahoma State University I am a veteran and served for 23 years. In service to the U.S. I traveled extensively. Since retirement, I have lived in Ponca.

It is time for Oklahomans to have a Senator who will stand for truth and democracy.

Family
Like many Oklahomans, my family connections are important. I have fond memories of our times together.
It is important that family values means helping families successfully address the challenges of tariff driven inflation.
We must have affordable health care.
Family Farming
Our family farming activities started in Oklahoma in Osage County and spread to Grady and Kiowa Counties. Our roots run deep. I will be a champion for family farming and rural schools.
Veteran
I was so proud to share the day I became a Second Lieutenant with my parents Ralph and Betty Cassity and my grandfather James Matthews.
I started my military service in 1962 as an enlisted truck driver in the 95th Division. After completing the ROTC program at OSU I was commissioned in 1965.
During my service, I served in Korea, the Continental U.S. and Taipei. With 23 years of service, I retired as a Major. I worked in the Signal Corp and Army Intelligence.
Service members and their families need our support and I will be there for them. After service, our veterans have earned our respect and deserve all we can do for them. I will stand with our veterans and their families.
I will continue to serve you in the U.S. Senate.
